The Vale Physiotherapy Cancellation Policy:

  1. Cancellation Notice Period:
  • In the event of a cancellation all clients must provide at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule their appointment. This allows us the opportunity to offer the appointment slot to another client.
  • Cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment time will incur a cancellation fee equivalent to the total cost of the designated appointment / session.
  1. Non-Attendance:
  • If a client fails to show up for their scheduled appointment without prior notice, this is considered a non-attendance.
  • A non-attendance fee will also be charged equivalent to the full cost of the appointment / session.
  1. Late Arrivals:
  • If a client arrives late for an appointment, the session may be shortened to accommodate the next client, and the full session fee will still apply.
  • The treating clinician may choose to reschedule if the client arrives too late to conduct an effective session.
  1. Rescheduling:
  • Clients wishing to reschedule an appointment should notify the clinic as early as possible.
  • Rescheduling is allowed within the clinic’s available time slots and may be subject to availability.
  1. Communication:
  • Cancellations or changes should be communicated directly with the treating clinician either via email or telephone (ideally via telephone if within 24 hours).
  1. Special Circumstances:
  • Exceptions may be made in cases of emergency, illness, or other unforeseen circumstances.
  • Clients are encouraged to communicate with the treating clinician as soon as possible if such circumstances arise.
